Starting life as a corn sour mash, this Whiskey matured on Charred American White Oak, before finishing with Yellow Birch and Mongolian Oak.

Palate: Layered flavors of Buttered Toffee, Chocolate covered Espresso beans, baking spices.

Finish: Earthy, hints of Leather, Cinnamon and Oak spice.
