Starting life as a mash made up of 36% wheat, 61% and 3% malted barley, this Bourbon was aged in traditional Charred American White Oak barrels for 4 years. And proofed to 90 proof (45% ABV).

We are yet to sit down and do up some tasting notes for this one.
