This is the same Bourbon as our 90 proof straight Bourbon, except it hasn’t been proofed and was bottled straight out of the barrel.

Starting life as a mash made up of 36% wheat, 61% and 3% malted barley, this Bourbon was aged in traditional Charred American White Oak barrels for 4 years.

We haven’t got around to the tasting notes for this Barrel Strength Bourbon.
